New OSHA rigging and signaling standard

OSHAhas released anew standardas of November 8, 2010 requiring that persons who engage in construction-related crane rigging and signaling be formally QUALIFIED.

-Test individuals in a classroom setting
-Have them physically demonstrate their knowledge using typical rigging equipment to lift a typical object from one location to another using standard crane signals.
