Quality Assurance:
If our crane rental proposal generated from your request is accepted, we then complete a written job scope
Traveler for our crane operators and riggers. This
Traveler allows us to communicate needed information and also receive feedback about quality of the job information provided, safety and appropriatness of our rental equipment and personnel, safety performance of our customer, and on-site satisfaction of our customer.
A Quality Finish:
Once the job is finished, the Time Ticket and Traveler are returned and reviewed and signed off by our dispatching and management team.
Any corrective action, if needed, is taken at that time.
